What is the BeerQuest Game?

The BeerQuest Game is free to play and is a location-based discovery game where players explore participating venues, discover new products, and complete quests to earn points.

BeerQuest was designed as a community builder for the craft beverage world. It encourages players to explore new venues, learn about different styles and products, and experience the people and places that make each region unique.

As players move between venues, they discover new products, complete challenges, and learn more about the styles, ingredients, and stories behind what they are enjoying.

By encouraging players to move around, try new things, and visit venues they may not have discovered otherwise, BeerQuest helps build connections between players, producers, and local communities.

Where to Play

BeerQuest is played at participating venues only.

​

Submissions must be entered while at the venue where the product is served.

​

Participating venues are identified in the BeerQuest map and venue lists.

​​​

Prizes and Winning

There are two primary ways players may win prizes in BeerQuest.

1. Regional Leaderboard Draws

Each region (province/state) has monthly prize draws.

​

Players who compete during the draw period are entered into the draw.

​

Players improve their chances by exploring venues, discovering new products, and earning points through gameplay.

​

2. Quest Prize Draws

Some quests offered by participating venues or sponsors include a prize.

​

Players who complete these quests before the deadline are entered into a random draw for that specific prize.

Completing more eligible quests may increase a player's chances of winning.​

Venue Participation

Participating venues may provide quests, promotions, or prizes within the BeerQuest platform.

​

Venues provide prizes or promotional opportunities but do not operate or administer the BeerQuest platform.

BeerQuest manages the game platform and prize draw mechanics.
 

BeerQuest is built to celebrate the people, venues, and communities that make the craft beverage world unique.
